Multimedia research and journalism degree...
Greetings!
I am developing a course in streaming for the Web. It is for a Bachelor of
Journalism program. I have the technology down fairly well but here is the
problem. As a part of a degree program there is supposed to be a theoretical
base to some of the work. Does anyone know of any research into multimedia
from a theoretical perspective? I have searched high and low: there is a lot
of research into multimedia as a means of education but not much into
multimedia itself.
As an alternative has anyone read/heard anything about the business case for
multimedia? My main example has been what the L.A. Times did with Mediastorm
and the "Marlboro marine".

And
Any help, even flaming, would be appreciated.
Cheers,
Bernie
