JOB: Interaction Designer, SF, CA, Tealeaf (Contract)

Tealeaf is looking for an interaction designer to help improve overall
ease of use. This is a 3 month contract position with the potential
for a full time position.

Responsibilities:

• Work with engineering and product management on UI design and
standards for upcoming release

• Generate user personas and use case scenarios

• Define the user interaction model and workflows

• Develop storyboards, wireframes and prototypes

• Manage usability studies with select customers to test designs

• Refine and document user interface specifications and guidelines

• Work closely with engineering to help deliver the final product

Prerequisites:

• Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Human Computer
Interaction, Computer Science or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience designing user interfaces for enterprise
applications, including at least one project for a non-technical user

• 5+ years experience in Web Design AND HTML environment including in
depth knowledge of Ajax, Javascript and ASP.NET

• Working knowledge of business intelligence and Web analytics tools,
and of business analyst personas is preferred
