About the Panel
The Bureau of Labor Statistics tells us that in today’s world of work,
students can anticipate having 6-8 career changes following
graduation. Of those, two will probably be in areas that have not been
identified or defined currently. User Experience might be the field
you didn’t know you were looking for.

So what is User Experience? To answer that question, PhillyCHI has put
together a small panel of professionals to offer an introduction to
this growing and dynamic field. They will discuss their backgrounds,
both educational and professional, and describe how they came to work
as user experience professionals. And they will demonstrate the work
they to by discussing case studies and leading hands-on exercises,
including a personas exercise and an eyetracking study.
