Hi,
Did you encounter a great online tutorial lately? Did it have good user experience?
I'm looking for good examples. Best practices. Would love to read what you have to say.
Thanks, Hilla
Two of my favorite tutorial ideas:
Using a tutorial video: http://www.mailchimp.com/
Using a combination of video & text: http://wufoo.com/tour/
It's perhaps not the most likely source for good UX, but the tutorials on iClarified:
http://www.iclarified.com/tutorials/index.php
are very nicely done. Many include both video and text versions.
. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Posted from the new ixda.org http://www.ixda.org/discuss?post=46980
