Questions to measure different levels of Situation Awareness

Hi,
does anyone have a set of (validated) questions to measure situation
awareness in perception, comprehension, and projection?

The questions will be used to evaluate and compare an integrated display
with the conventional way of showing the data.
I plan to modify the questions to reflect my specific testing scenarios.
