Great product blogs?

Know of any great blogs written by companies about their own digital
products? I'm looking for examples which inform ("here's a new
feature"), create transparency around the product development
process, and also encourage (and actually achieve) feedback and
participation from users (especially with prototypes).
I've looked at lots of examples, including:

What are your favorites?

My favourite is Mary Beth Raven's blog on Notes Design:

Lotus Notes is not exactly everyone's favorite in past, but over the
last few years, Mary has solicited and incorporated a lot of
improvements into the latest version of Notes through the interaction
with her readers. I certainly enjoy the transparency.

Excellent example of a company that provides
%u2022 feature announcements via blog
%u2022 complete transparency (and accountability) around the product
development process (see the blog post about the premature deployment
around Xmas - http://www.balsamiq.com/blog/2009/12/17/an-apology/)
%u2022 truly respects user feedback
