Resource: A Good User Research Report // Write-up: Visit to 'You Are Here - the design of information' Exhibition in Design Museum (London )

Hi All,

I recently visited the Design Museum's 'You Are Here - the design of
information' Exhibition in London and have done a bit of a write up of that

Whilst there, I picked up quite an interesting report entitled "Touching the
State" a document about what it means to be a British citizen in the 21st
Century. The report describes some pretty impressive user research and is
very well written, to convey powerful insights from that to the next stages
of the govenment project. Anyone who writes user profiles or Personas might
well be interested taking a look at how the report is presented and some of
the background material available on the associated website. This too, is
