Hmm... I'm still waiting for my magnets. Any good suggestions on how to
approach Paypal for a refund?

Emne: [ID Discuss] Magnetic Elements Toolkit : Anyone actually receive
atoolkit?

All,

Has anyone ordered and actually *received* a copy of the Magnetic
Elements toolkit (from http://www.magments.com/index.html)?
I placed an order over a month ago, paid for it, and have yet to
receive a copy. Emails sent to the sales and info addresses have gone
unanswered.
I'm trying to decide if I should give them another chance or see what I
can do about getting my money back (may be problematic since I did use a
credit card, but it went through PayPal).

If you ordered a copy of the magnetic elements toolkit and would like to
approach PayPal for a refund, you must do so within 30 days after the
initial transaction. Unfortunately, I just discovered this little wrinkle,
and I ordered the toolkit 33 days ago. So, PayPal will not help me.

One other person on this list did email me that she eventually received a
package (but not response to emails) after sending an angry letter.

I am surprised by the unwillingness of this merchant to even respond to
emails. Unfortunately for him, a large list of natural customers is
finding out that placing an order is unwise. I was hoping to place a
larger order of toolkits for other members of my workgroup and some product
managers but obviously will not do so now.

I would be happy to change my mind, but at this point, I can not recommend
that anyone should place an order.
