This comes close to what you are asking for. .. It is expensive, but I think
worth it. It doesn't talk about with or without a team, but talks about team
maturity.
I was at Janice Fraser's IA Summit workshop where she presented it and I had
already gotten a copy before hand, and I have to say that this is a smart
and well presented document. Better w/ Janice than w/o. ;)
