Description:
Friendster Inc. is seeking a Senior Interaction Designer. This
position will work cross-functionally with product management,
development, visual design, and usability to help Friendster design
and deliver world-class products that wow our users.

Specific Tasks:

Translating product requirements into design concepts
Identifying user goals and task analysis
Designing workflows, navigation maps, and UI wireframes
Working with development on design trade-offs and implementation
Iterative design based on customer, co-worker and usability feedback
Creating and maintaining design documentation

Qualifications:
Required Skills/Experience:

Excellent interaction design skills
5+ years of interaction design experience with consumer websites
User-centered design approach and champion for the user experience
Proven success with problem solving and identifying creative solutions
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Bachelor''s degree in Design or related field, Master''s desirable
Excellent computer skills, including expertise with design and HTML

Desired Skills/Experience:

Familiarity with building prototypes for usability testing
Proficiency in visual design
CSS knowledge
Interest in social networking and community sites
