Improving task flows
I've been trying to add more context to task flows.
I think more context is better, and I'm also gearing up for
documenting asynchronous web apps (RIAs and Ajax).
To add more context to task flows, I've differentiated between active
and passive tasks. I wanted to get the groups opinion on how useful
(or not useful) you think such a distinction would be.
I've uploaded samples to look at:
Flashpaper: http://thinkingandmaking.com/entries/art/30/hprg_flow_questionnaire.swf
PDF: http://thinkingandmaking.com/entries/art/30/hprg_flow_questionnaire.pdf
I've added a description of what I've done and why to my blog:

I'm also very interested in seeing other examples of task flows you
would say are "good".
Many thanks,
