Hi everyone

Sorry my title is cryptic - I can't figure out how to describe
what I need in such a small space.

I'm currently designing a complex web form/process that can
potentially ask the respondent to supply quite a lot of
information. 'Potentially' because the majority of respondents do
not have to supply the full set. I've chunked the set of data
we're collecting, and will be asking for some data on the 'first
page' of the form that will determine how much additional we ask
for.

I'm looking for examples of web forms or processes that ask an
initial set of questions, then display the remaining fields
depending on those answers. I have some ideas and am just looking
for ideas on how others have done it...

TIA and let me know if this doesn't make sense ;)

Donna

Essentially what you're looking to implement is a standard Wizard
process with some strong branching. Probably the best examples I've seen
in the industry are the Tax Form applications, like Turbo Tax
(http://www.turbotax.com/) & TaxAct (http://www.taxact.com/). One
application has to satisfy a user filling out a 1040EZ or a 1040 along
with all of the required worksheets, 1 pg vs a possible 8 pg filing.
