I'm sure researchers and other types of users go online to find resource
material. They find something they want to use and they copy the text
from a web page into word or any other program they might use. (This is
just another reason why you want to use correct semantic markup so the
structure translates when you paste it into word.)
I work on a design agency, and I always have a problem with flash/image
headers we create on article pages because you loose the ability to
select headers & text at the same time.
