Hallo folks,

We're gathering again for cheer & chat at an IxDA F2F in Portland, Oregon!
Come enjoy the ever-delightful company of interaction designers and those
intrigued by its practice. We especially want to brainstorm some interesting
local activities that could provide more inspiration for our work & play.

We'll be meeting:

Tuesday, February 7th, 6:30 pm
@ Paddy's Bar & Grill (65 SW Yamhill x 1st St)*

Hope to see you there!

Cheers,
Liz

* FYI, Paddy's is adjacent to the eastbound (1st and Yamhill stop) MAX light
rail and 2 blocks from the westbound (SW 3rd and Morrison stop) MAX light

Hi folks,

I just wanted to say that we had a great F2F get-together here in Portland,
Oregon this last week. It was so cool to talk for a couple hours with
congenial people operating on the same wavelengths. The meeting involved
professionals from various companies and consultancies, all wearing
different titles and permutations of hats. Conversation bubbled about web
standards and innovation, developing positive change within our
organizations, the goals and values of IxDA...especially, we talked about
ways that we can keep building up our local design community, educating
ourselves and engaging our minds in new experiences.

IxDA rocks! If you haven't yet, I encourage you to come together in your own
communities, and enjoy each other's company...sometimes it beats the heck
out of (even an animated & lively) discussion list. :)

Cheers,
Liz
