Rankings of Countries on Level of Design

There is a report on how countries rate in their commitment and
execution of design.

Very interesting in the top 10.

I would have expected China and S. Korea in here, but I guess they
aren't as far along as the press would have us believe.

UK has fell off the top 10 list compared to 2002.
US holds strong at #2. While Japan took over the #1 spot jumping from #5.

Wow... How useable is that top-ten listing of countries?!
Ironic...article about design has a horribly designed list of the best
designers.
