Hello IXDAers,

We are proud to inform you that UserZoom.com has just gotten a facelift and a full makeover.  Now chocked full of great information on how we conduct remote user experience research, our site is a great resource for anyone who wants to learn more about about the art of remote user testing.

We invite you to poke around a bit, check out our <a href ="http://www.userzoom.com/blog">Blog</a> and articles on <a href="http://www.userzoom.com/-194">"5 must dos when running unmoderated remote usability testing"</a> and <a href="http://www.userzoom.com/whats-real-value-behind-unmoderated-remote-user-testing">"Whats the real value behind Unmoderated remote user testing?"</a>

We asked you what you wanted with our new site and we listened!  More information on remote usability testing, online surveys, online card sorting, UX benchmarking, prototype testing, voice of customer and true-intent surveys, its all here for you to soak in!  Come on down and check it out - we welcome your feedback!

Warm Regards,

UserZoom Inc.

Hi UserZoom_Matt,

I wanted you — and whomever's listening — to be aware that IxDA only allows one post per user to announce/advertise products & services that would be useful to the community. See: http://www.ixda.org/page/terms-policies (second-to-last paragraph) for details. Thanks in advance for respecting our rules.

Cheers,
Liz

Hi all,

Our intention was to announce the fact that there's a lot of content related to remote user experience research / online usability testing on our new site. Lots of people ask us about it and we put a lot of effort into it (we added webinars, articles, case studies, etc). We felt the IXDA community would be interested as well.

I think Matt's message was all about this, but apologies to everyone if it was perceived otherwise.

Best,

Alfonso

In IE8, your site has been sitting on "1 item remaining" for the last 10 minutes, which makes the icon for the tab a 'spinning downloading' icon.

Hi Dan,

Thanks for letting us know.  We had some issues with our hosting service and IE8 the week after launch that have since then been resolved.  Please let me know if you are still having troubles accessing our site.  Otherwise, thanks for visiting our new website and let me know if you have any questions.

Cheers,

Matt
