IxDASF other organizations and Design Thinking
Last year, IxDA SF, AIGA SF(Graphic Design Association), and IDSA SF (Industrial Design Association) came together for a program/competition focused on sustainable design called Digging Deeper.
This was a follow up an event IDSA did a couple of years ago and a pilot for what we hope to be many more design thinking workshops and opportunities for folks to work in multi-disciplinary teams to come up with meaningful, tangible and implementable solutions on the local level. The theme was urban farming.
We invite you to vote in the Digging Deeper people's choice award (and spread the word) here: http://diggingdeepersf.ning.com/
