Any idea what this could mean? If not, throw it on the bug pile, I guess. (See attached.)

Thanks for the report.  This is a known issue, and we're working on updating the email notifications to fix it.  There's a thread on Get Satisfaction related to this, and when we resolve the issue I'll post an update there.
