Attached are links to 4 short service design video prototypes done as a follow-up to design-planning work from 2009 (see SlideShare link at bottom). The objective was to develop a user-facing Medical Management model to help people better self-manage and lower their risk for chronic disease. Teams comprised small groups of graduate Interaction Design and Design Management students at The University of Kansas in the Department of Design.
