Leadership (UX or Otherwise)

Hi all,

Dan Szuc has started a discussion over on Johnny Holland on leadership, with a whole host of links to boot http://johnnyholland.org/2010/07/06/discussion-what-are-the-ingredients-to-become-a-great-leader/

I thought that it's interesting that he chose to talk about leadership in the widersense - it also brings up the question whether leadership in UX/IxD/design etc. is any different from standard leadership.

Thoughts?
