The editors at IDSA's Innovations magazine have been kind enough to allow me to provide a digital version of an article I co-authored in the latest issue (Summer 2010).
The article, Integrating Industrial and User Interface Designers: Creating Effective Interactions, discusses the evolution of user interface methods and capabilities from the perspective of an industrial design firm. As a UI researcher, I do notice that a quick and effective prototyping skill with industry design knowledge is very helpful for some hardware related project, thanks for sharing the article~
