Hi,
I'm trying to create a collection of screenshots showing ecare/selfcare - application of diverse mobile network operators (for a best practise study).
Is there a collection like this available already somewhere?
Thank you!
regards,Joerg

I need to have a look into the "logged in"-area of some (mobile) network operators ("My Verizon", "My BT", "My Wireless" at AT&T and so on).
I can't register on these sites since I'm a) not a customer of these companies and b) not even situated in the US ...
It would be very helpful if I could have screenshots of how their ecare-areas and applications look like (for a best practise analysis). I'd be willing to share screens of ecare-areas I have access too, of course.
I don't need to see any customer data (but I think that's obvious).
Hope I made myself clear this time ... :)

Its not one of the carriers that you mentioned, but here is T-Mobile (USA) homesite once you login. Ecare I guess. Its not the easiest to navigate and I probably only login once every 6 months.

Hi Phil,
thank's a lot!!! But I can't find any screens in your post. Maybe the IxDA-list doesn't allow attachments?Would you mind sending me them directly (joerg.linder@japhy.at)? That would be very helpful!
Of course, if you want to have a look into the personalized areas of other providers (not only Austrian, I have some international ones as well), just let me know!
