Like Yahoo Answers. but paid and accurate?

I work for a startup catering to real estate brokers. Our market research typically involves calling several of them and asking questions. Not great.

What I'm looking for is an online "answer marketplace" where:
- "answerers" have been screened for professionalism, occupation, demographic info, etc...
- "askers" set parameters on who can answer, # of answers, price per answer etc...

I've found sites on which an "expert" will answer your specific question, but in this case i'm looking for some crowd source aspect - I want many replies to a a few questions.

Anyone have suggestions?
