RE: [IxDA] Is there a formal UCD process?
Hi Alice,
Last year I published a paper titled "User-Centered Design, Activity-Centered Design, and Goal-Directed Design: A Review of Three Methods for Designing Web Applications."
The paper gives an overview of each method's foundations, processes, and key deliverables.
I'd be glad to send you a copy. Otherwise, if you have access to ACM's Digital Library, you can download it here: http://doi.acm.org/10.1145/1621995.1621997
Cheers, Ashley

If the offer still stands, I would also appreciate a copy.
Ashley,
I am not a member of ACM but would very much like to read your paper "User-Centered Design, Activity-Centered Design, and Goal-Directed Design: A Review of Three
Methods for Designing Web Applications."
If you would be so kind to send it to me, I would truly appreciate it.
Best,
