Deliverable - PM - UX - Developpers

Hi all,

As the unique UX practitioner in my company and trying to evangelize the UCD process; I was asked to create a document to share with the product management team in order to help the development team to evaluate accurately the development timeframe needed.

Like many of you, I work with Low and Hi fi. Wireframes, Mockups, Interaction Design descriptions, etc.

The main problem is that developers do not necessarily understand why a feature is needed; so the main idea is to create a document that Product management could use as a starting point to detail accurately a feature.

I already started by defining these three parts of this document and I would need your inputs to make this document more accurate.

1. Markets requirements
2. User requirements
3. Product manager answer
