Can you elaborate on what you mean?

UX/Interaction design is a craft before anything else. That doesn't mean that
you shouldn't read, but since Chris has been doing quite a lot of that, it
seems to be time to get down and dirty.

Otherwise you will just end up being someone who know about the field but
don't know how to do it.
