Online Interaction Design Courses?

Hi,

I'm new here. I am a software engineer by trade but wants to learn/study interaction design. I live in the Philippines and most of the universities mentioned in the discussions are either in the US/Europe. Are there by chance any university offering e-learning courses for Interaction Design?
