ANN: Rachel Hinman's new book-in-progress: The Mobile Frontier

We're delighted that Rachel Hinman has agreed to write a new Rosenfeld Media book: The Mobile Frontier:  A guide for designing mobile experiences.  Rachel has fantastic experience in the mobile space--she is a Senior Research Scientist at the Nokia Research Center and has worked on mobile projects for Adaptive Path and Yahoo!.  And she is a wonderful communicator; you can get a taste of her perspective from her recent presentation "Mobile UX:  What Web Designers Should Know" (http://is.gd/hVDnY ).  Rachel's book will combine practical design advice with a map of the mobile challenges all designers will be facing over the next decade.
