Hey Danny - thanks for sharing. PS - if you know any good freelance developers I am working on getting a good base together for these local agencies that keep asking me for that. I'm also on the hunt for a full time interactive designer/art director who has the kind of experience that they would get from an agency like moxie or razorfish - if you know anybody that has left, was laid off or something .... here's what the CD told me in his last email. And thanks again.
Someone who can bring other skills to the table like the ability to do some light front end development and maybe a bit of UI/UX in their brain. I need someone who can lead and build the rest of the team, present to clients etc. This may be more of a senior designer/ACD level.

Well the names of the small companies would be good too. I can recommend them as well. As small agencies are evolving they are figuring out how to handle this work and partnering with a small development company in projects may well be the smarter way to go in many cases. And thanks!
