i was wondering if anyone knows about how to create high quality web videos as shown here:

I am rather sure that all apple trailers are QuickTime (.mov) files encoded in the H264 Codec at different compression rates. You can compress video files with QuickTime 7 pro into that format. You might want to check out vimeo [1] for compression settings recommendations.

Shoot with a high quality camera and use a knowledgable camera operator. Get a good audio feed.
