Danny Muller, one of the User Experience leads at Moxie Interactive, will give a technical talk about the emergence of Sencha Touch as a possible solution for mobile development using their HTML5 mobile JavaScript framework. Sencha Touch 1.0 is designed to allow developers to create web application that look and feel like native on iPhone and Android devices - the idea is to build once, and implement on various platforms. He will share a case study on the use of Sencha Touch for a client project at Moxie Interactive, and the benefits and drawbacks of the framework. He will also briefly explore the suite of Sencha Touch products, including Sencha Animator.
