Investigfating Elements of Enjoyment within an Online Support Experience

I am woking a on a research project specifically for online support communities within a software provider industry domain.
As a part of the project I am trying to assess - what comprises of an enjoyable online support experience ?
Specifically the aim is to assess the meaning of enjoyment and engagement in an online support environment-
and how can we leverage user experience especialy interaction elements to provide enjoyment and pleasure to the user.
I am guessing some of the initial starting questions will be :
Key issues within this experience ? Definition of enjoyment within an interactive experience ? What wil be the constructs of engagement and enjoyment ? What are the best practises to vreate a joyful experience within a support community ? Which are the most 'enjoyable' experiences online ? What are the insights from these experiences and how can they be aligned partilcularly to support communities ?
At this point I am trying to define at a very high level the direction to take to incorporate enjoyment within this user community support platform.
Any thoughts, sugestions and links to useful artilces, best practises is very very welcome and appreciated.
