Midwest UX (http://midwestuxconference.com/) ended yesterday afternoon. What a fabulous conference! Check out the site for the details of who spoke (full disclosure: I was honored to do a 20-minute segment). Soon they'll post slides of folks' materials there as well, or look on Slideshare.

An excellent mix of speakers, activities, workshops, and after-events. Reminded me of the first IxDA conference in Savannah.

Midwest UX was/is a joint venture between the local IxDA chapter and the local UPA chapter. It highlighted not only cooperation between organizations but also the fact that real UX is being performed in places other than New York and California (not that there's anything wrong with those places ;) ). Big props to the organizers, volunteers, and sponsors.

See you next year!

Thank you for your kind words, Joe. I would love to hear what other people think: the good, the bad and the ugly.
