There are consultancies that focus on user experience in healthcare but most are looking for experienced practitioners, so consider getting your feet wet with a hospital or insurance company.
Healthcare, like other companies, does post positions on Monster, Dice, Indeed. Also take the time to network with people who work in UX healthcare roles by seeking them out on LinkedIn or googling (they may have an online portfolio with contact info).
Don't forget to check out some of the healthcare software vendors, I have frequently seen them with UX positions though they may be listed under a different title (e.g. the Development Analyst position for MEDITECH is a design role). I happen to work for a vendor in a design role and have found it to be very rewarding.

In the bay area you might want to also check out kaiser permanente, I have seen a few UX positions from them in the past.
