Geoffrey Yu took us through the design and development of a new tracking and rating tool for managing videos.  This tool was developed internally at his place of business; Geoffrey showcased the new tool and relevant learnings from the experience, including the manner in which the new solution decreased user error while increasing satisfaction. 

Agile UX: User Experience Design in the world of Agile Software Development
Ben Melbourne regaled us with sordid tales of his recent forays into the murky land of Agile User Experience.  While Agile methodologies seem inhospitable to traditional UX practices, there are ways to make them work together... most of the time.  Relying on experience, savvy, and grit, Ben is one of those brave UXers facing this challenge head on.
