My issue with the Visio stencils for iPhone (namely those from the Yahoo pattern library) is that they use gradients that won't print or PDF accurately. Sadly, when in a bind years ago, I ended up having to turn off the grid, screen capturing each image, and then pasting the image overtop of the Visio elements that comprised the wireframe. I have since switched to different templates for wireframing…those for Illustrator, the Omnigraffle templates, or more commonly those from Keynotopia (big shout out to Amir :-)
