Autumn Agile, UX & UCD Training Courses in London and Brussels

LONDON

Our first UxFest London in February was a great success. It included four courses, two from me and two from O'Reilly author James Kalbach.

For the Autumn, we have kept the two most popular of the February courses and added two brand new, thought-provoking, but relevant days: Agile Requirements (William Hudson) and Alignment Diagrams (James Kalbach). As before, there are special discounts for every three places booked (3 x 1 day, 1 x 3 days and other permutations) or for booking all four days.

The full line-up is:

Nov 1: Agile User Experience & UCD (how to fit user experience into Agile working; WH)

Nov 2: Agile Requirements (use cases, user stories, scenarios & personas in Agile; WH)

Nov 3: Alignment Diagrams (an holistic view of customer interaction and service design; JK)

Nov 4: Faceted Navigation (an example-rich study of facets and their use in navigation design; JK)

BRUSSELS

We’re also running three days of courses In Brussels, from 14th to 16th November:

Nov 14: Agile User Experience & UCD (how to fit user experience into Agile working)

Nov 15: Agile Requirements (use Cases, user stories, scenarios & personas in Agile)

Nov 16: Dynamic User Experience: Ajax Design & Usability (now includes touch-screen devices)

Our 3-for-2 discount also applies, so you can attend all three days but pay for only two.

Visit our web site for full details and to book online.

Drop us a line (reply to this email) if you need a course you don’t see on our site or would like to run one or more in-house, anywhere in the world.

Regards,

Hi! William,

How are you doing? Hope all is well with your health and work.

I am preparing a 4-hour class to teach and promote agile. I am looking for suggestions for topics covered in such a short time period. The audiences are UX professionals who have no or little knowledge about agile. My goal is to help them understand basic concepts and get intrigued to explore it more or promote it when they go back to their team. Another goal is to help them understand UX activities are integral part of the agile process.

Thanks for any feedback and suggestions.
