"Inclusive" Series of Books

Anyone familiar with this series of books? They seem intriguing but are really expensive, and I haven't found any reviews. Some titles include:
- Designing a More Inclusive World
- Designing Inclusive Interactions: Inclusive Interactions Between People and Products in Their Contexts of Use
- Designing Inclusive Futures
- Designing Accessible Technology
I believe they are all from the University of Cambridge.

Can anyone on the list recommend a great iPad developer in the NYC area?
I need a prototyper for a project that starts very soon.
