Why is the Cincinnati IxDA group so quiet?

I'm a web designer and I know in my field of expertise there are a lot of recent developments around interaction and usability that would benefit from discussions, brainstorming and exploration. It would be great to see more meet-ups ever on a small scale to spark discussion. At least with digital/web/mobile design, it seems a lot of attention is placed on cheap, "good enough" products and design and having a vibrant community to help hash out the details and provide constructive criticism. Id love to learn more about interaction design in other industries too, in particular industrial design and architecture.

Is anyone interested in a more face-to-face meet-ups? I have a few ideas for some but wanted to test the waters?

We did take a bit of an unintended hiatus, but we are back and ready to build up our local community in interaction design. I hope you can join us this Wednesday to see a presentation on Agile and IxD: Embrace or Tolerate. We'd love to meet you and get your ideas on how you'd like to see our group grow.
