Which are the great examples of Animated Graphical User Interface (transitions, animations etc.) on mobile? Or do you know mobile apps with innovative/interesting interaction?
Do you know great, interesting, new, beautiful, user-centered, fun, or innovative animations wich can be used in mobile-GUI?

I can only speak for iOS stuff, but
clearapp.com and path.com are two of my favorites. So subtle yet so there. Animations often have accompanying sounds which really make a positive differences, IMHO (depending on the user's setting).
I'd be interested in learning about others.

You're absolutely right. Clear has a wonderful interaction and it feels great to use it.
Here are some note-worthy (IMHO) animations in iOS apps:
Wow, Figure seems like a really fun app! Thanks for your good examples.
Motion is one of the core design principles of the Metro Design Language used for Windows Phone 7. Especially in combination with touch, animation proves very succesful in providing feedback (what just happened?) and feedforward (what's going to happen).
This video gives a basic impression:

Most Windows Phone 7 apps benefit from the fact that motion is part of the underlying OS. But I find the use case the most evident in a productivity app like the standard mail client.

A nice example, thank you. I like the tiles animating, giving feedback. Though I have not spotted any feedforward.
