By participating in this survey, you help our research group understand the users ‘perspective on reputation systems. In e-commerce, a “Reputation System” collects and distributes feedbacks on products/services or sellers based on users online experiences. The feedback can be in different forms; it may be in the form of textual comment, numerical or symbolic format (star or number ranking). Using reputation system helps people to decide which product/ service or seller to trust, based on the submitted feedbacks by other users. For example, the “I was very satisfied with the quality of the product “is an example of a feedback in a reputation system (e.g. eBay).
