I've used several different tools to develop prototypes for presentations and user experience testing. Increasingly, I'm hearing more and more chatter regarding Adobe Muse. I'm wondering if anyone has used this to develop rapid prototypes and whether it's worth investing the time and effort to learn.

We have looked at Muse for this purpose, but not adopted it just yet. It is a neat tool for those with little web design experience, and the UI is intuitive for any CS users, but it's not quite there as a rapid prototyping tool. They should hopefully be adding features in the next iteration or two that will make it much more useful for that purpose. We'll see...
