Example Requested > App Map > Entry and Exit points diagram

I am currently working on a project that spans both web and mobile products. As part of this process, the UX team has create a high-level site map and individual feature flows. However, one of the developers on the mobile side is asking for an additional articifact; an "app map" or diagram focusing solely on entry and exitpoints thruout the entire application.

Use Case Modeling

I was wondering which kind of setup you use for writing use cases? Do you use a simple Word template or tools like Visual Use Case 2009?

Right now I am using Word for writing and Omnigraffle for doing the diagrams. But there hast to be a better and more efficient way..

Visualizing User Experience

How do you visualize what you do? What are your favorite existing
visualizations (like the ones posted recently) that are out in the
world that you like to reference.

I'm in the process of putting together the picture of the services
my team will provide and I'm looking for some inspiration!

simple shapes for redundant coding of colored objects in a diagram

Could anybody suggest standards or practices, or just tips and tricks,
for redundant coding by shape of items in a large business analysis

This is a very large information flow diagram going through several
iterations. It is done on Visio and sections or the entire image are
output on huge sheets of paper with an HP designjet plotter. Right now
it has six "pastel" coding colors but it might pick up more.
