I work on a redesign of an application for digital evidence of paper
workflow process. It is one of the judiciary procedure, which is
normaly straight forward, but include documents on paper, from some to
a lot. Only a directory is stored digitaly, for statistic purposes.
The idea at redesign is to encourage users to use this tool also for
communication.
I confront the following problem: The customer is (also) represented
by their IT engineers and they see things in a particular way (we all
know that feeling, aren't we?
