User Experience job levels.

Hi,
I'm in a successful start up (meaning there are real paid customers
for a real product.) So far I am the only UX person and I need to
educate the culture here on UX skill levels similar to management
tracks and technical tracks. Does any one have examples from their
current or past company that they could share?

Thanks!
Michelle

What is a subset of the other?

In my organization, there is a simmering debate that Interaction
Design is not a subset of User Experience, where as people think that
it's just the other way around.
