Axure widget libraries for web and mobile

Several people who saw Keynotopia asked me if there is something similar for Axure. After doing some research, I found that most options aren't good enough. So with the help of a couple of designer friends, we created Axutopia, an awesome collection of Axure widget libraries for prototyping apps for iPhone, iPad, Android, Facebook, Web and desktop.

We've also put together a free Twitter bootstrap widget library for Axure that you can download and try out.

Looking for an app to share and test Android App mockups

I'm working on an Android app. We have some flat mocks but I want to get them onto some Android devices to see how they feel and test out flows, labels and copy with people.

In the past on iphone I've used Prototypes by Duncan Wilcox. It worked pretty well for us. I could upload pngs then add hotspots and basic tranisitions. Once I was happy I uploaded the prototype to Prototypes server, got a key and entered that into the app on my iphone. Hey presto a tappable prototype on my iphone.

Mobile device designers

Is there a subgroup within this community of people who work only on mobile device design?  If not, can we create one or organize one?  I'm glad to do my part.  Or if there's one that already exists (locally) I'd be glad to join it.  Thanks for the feedback.

Research tools for mobile devices? (software & hardware)

Hi,

Can anyone recommend any software/hardware that they have heard of, or have experience with, as far as conducting user testing on mobile devices, i.e., tablets and smartphones?

I am wondering what's out there and what seems to be well reviewed or popular.

Thanks,

John Terceman

Examples of iOS and Android apps for industry use

I'm looking for examples of mobile applications, preferably for iOS and Android operating systems, for use in industrial settings, as opposed to consumer applications. I'm especially interested in tablet applications, but would love to see smartphone examples as well. Apps used for realtime geographical tracking, data logging, workflow, job tasking, and inventory tracking are the types of things I'm interested in. Tools for military, law enforcement, and emergency services would also help.
