Video Collaboration


I am on a project that involves cross-location collaboration, and
I'm looking for a video tool to allow me to sketch on *paper* in
real time, and broadcast what I'm doing to my own computer screen.

I have a webcam which I have jimmy-rigged to shoot downward to my
desk. We use screen-sharing programs (WebEx, etc), so I have that

Wireframing with pencil and paper

I've noticed a general trend, especially in smaller companies, in
which ux strategy is documented/created using pencil and paper.
However, I find that these companies do not submit any formal ux
strategy to their clients. I suppose its a way to work through the
design without having the mess of formal documentation. How does
everyone feel about graphic designers coming up with ux strategy
using this method?
