Navigation metrics

Hi there,

I am doing some prototype testing on a set of navigation paradigms and
as a preliminary step, we are looking to narrow the candidates down
from about 7 to 3. We will be ranking each against a set of
qualitative metrics to make this reduction in scope more objective.

A little background: We have a suite of legacy desktop apps that were
first designed and built about 12-15 yrs ago. They were initially
built for the Mac, and later used the Altura libraries to port them
over to the PC.

Organization maturity levels : Rate them !!

Hello,

I'm currently working on some User centered design process definition

Any more Interaction Design Awards coming up?

Need some advice/suggestions from this group. Few months ago, I sent in
my design for the DIS 2004 Interaction Design Award and couldn't make it
in the final cut. Although I was aware that DIS is a very competitive
conference, I never thought about what I would do with the design if I
don't make it there. Can you think of a competition where I can submit
my design or make better use of it? The design is conceptual in nature
and demonstrates its interactions with the help of flash animation.
