Sorry about delays in first time posters

Hiya,

I'm in Israel on a bit of a family vacation and I was away from any
computers the last 3 days. As people who read the guidelines should know
that we hold first time posters so that we avoid getting spammed.

So I just want you apologize to those 10 or so people who tried to post.
Your posts should actually be ahead of this one. And thank you for your
patience.

Interestingly AJAX and reset when used in combination does create a
few problems, especially on IE. Our developers faced this when we
implemented AJAX based saving of forms for our application, the reset
button would work fine on Mozilla, but failed on IE. The reason was
the way the two browsers treat setAttribute("value"). IE as expected
behaves in a very non-conformant way and thus breaks the reset
function, and the form gets reset to a previous history instead of the
last saved data.

web sites viewed on different operating systems and browsers?

ROI on interaction design?

Can anybody point me in the direction of ROI on interaction design?

I know that there's the ever popular classic "Cost Justifying Usability", which appears to have come out in a new addition, however, I am looking for in particular information regarding on how businesses measure the ROI and effectiveness of interaction design.
