Browsing computers in a network management software

Hello everyone,

I'm looking for models of navigation systems to browse/list/manage computers
in a big global network (more than 100,000 computers).

I've seen NetSupport, ScriptLogic and Networkstreaming solutions but I'd
like to know what do you think about this topic...

Online sign-up/application completion rates

Hi everyone,

I'm working with a pretty big client reassessing the effectiveness of
their consumer Website and the business model behind it. As we're
getting into the analysis, we're finding that one of the big leakage
points is account sign-up. Of users who start the registration
process, only 40-50% successfully finish. I suspect that this could be
a quick usability win for the client, but I don't have a good sense
for what the range of sign-up conversions might be.

At Teague, we use Flash or Director for just this sort of thing (prototyping
desktop applications and consumer electronics devices). One caveat, however,
is that we rarely create visual design elements within either Flash or
Director. Instead, we tend to draw things in Illustrator or Photoshop, and
then import the elements into the prototyping tool.
